Availability & Pricing
All cleaning and utility expenses billed at cost
$380 House Cleaning Fees for three weekly cleans and a final clean, billed at cost. All bed linens provided along with two bath towels, one hand towel and face cloth per person (6 sets provided); toilet paper, bathroom soap & shampoo; starter kitchen paper towels & cloths; garbage bags. Cleaned/refreshed each week. Bedroom accessories dry-cleaned after pet stays as necessary at additional cost.
$280 Spa Cleaning Fees (per month) for weekly servicing; Patio Wipe Downs performed weekly for Guest's use of teak patio furniture and stone benches as well as the firepit seating; Groundskeeper Cleaning upon Guest's departure.
$800/mth utilities (estimated) including metered gas, electricity, water, garbage, cable, wireless broadband, telephone, and fax with calling plans - all billed at cost. Utilities vary by Guest usage and weather.

Stacked Firewood - 50 complimentary pieces per Guest
Koi Food provided
Fire Breathing Dragon not included but available via chargeable groundskeeper visit

Payment
Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard and American Express and personal/company check.

Rental Paperwork
A signed rental agreement with 50% payment is required before your rental reservation is accepted. The final 50% payment is due 120 days prior to the Rental Date.

Cancellation & Refunds
If cancellation is unavoidable, Carmel-by-the-Sea Rentals attempts to rerent DragonsFyre. If successful, a refund at the new rented rates less a $500 processing fee and less any commissions, discounts or other promotional pricing is made. Refunds made by credit card or check depending on the rental payment(s).

Security Deposit & Damages
The Security Deposit is $2,000 ($3,500 with dog) and is authorized as a 'hold' on your credit card 10 days prior to your Rental Date. Any damage to the property, furnishings and household items other than normal wear and tear, and/or any excessive cleaning required, is the responsibility of the Guest. Assessment of any such damages/cleaning is by Carmel-by-the-Sea Rentals.

Telephone & Wireless Broadband
Local and long distance calling is provided on both the main telephone line and dedicated fax line with calling plans billed at cost. Cell access is OK. Wireless broadband is available for all PCs and Macs.

Pet Policy
Well behaved dogs are allowed. Additional pet cleaning fees may be required if your dog sheds, soils the carpet or requires bedding/blankets to be drycleaned (all billed at cost). An additional $1,500 Pet Security Deposit is required. Please inquire during your rental request. At no time may cats (or kittens) be brought onto the property.

Travel Insurance
Guests should purchase travel insurance through a third party of their choice. Travel insurance will cover your Rental Payment, less any processing fees, due to inclement weather in the winter or other unavoidable reasons. Call these firms for quotations upon booking with Carmel-by-the-Sea Rentals:
